Peak Surgical Partners was founded by Eddie Skinner, CST, and Alana Skinner, CST, to bring experienced, personally accountable surgical technology support to surgery centers and private surgeons.
Our work together at Vail Health helped shape our approach: understand surgeon preferences, prepare thoroughly, and support the workflow of the entire surgical team. Today, we bring that approach to every Peak engagement.
Eddie Skinner, CST
Co-Founder | Surgical Operations and Specialty Support
Eddie brings more than 17 years of surgical technology experience across hospital and ambulatory surgery settings, with a background in orthopedics, spine, and pain management.
During nearly nine years at Vail Health, he served as Perioperative Coordinator for Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle, and complex Hip & Pelvis surgery, while also working as a co-lead surgical technologist. His experience includes surgeon onboarding, preference-card development, instrumentation readiness, and staff education.
At Peak, Eddie brings that combination of surgical experience and operational knowledge to understanding client needs and preparing for the surgical day.

Alana Skinner, CST
Co-Founder | Clinical operations and Specialty Support
Alana brings more than 16 years of operating-room experience, with particular strength in complex spine, orthopedics, and multispecialty surgical support.
At Vail Health, she served as a co-lead surgical technologist and Perioperative Team Leader, supporting demanding procedures and developing a detailed understanding of instrumentation and surgeon preferences. Her experience also includes staff education, onboarding, tray consolidation, and creating surgical reference materials. She has received coworker-nominated recognition for her knowledge, resourcefulness, skill, and willingness to help.
At Peak, Alana brings careful preparation, specialty knowledge, and a collaborative approach to supporting surgeons and their OR teams.
